The guy is far very personable to work with. I've known him for years. They are a little bit on the expensive side when they deliver oil than other people are but when you need service they are like right here immediately. I had a friend here waiting and they were late.

Great. People who are happy to take the time to explain how your system works and how it can work better. They give you options. They don't try to encourage you to use more oil or fix things you don't need. They are in town, so can be at the house in half an hour if there's a problem. People with integrity! Had a really bad experience with the last company who broke my boiler and flooded my basement. These guys made me trust heating companies again. My realtor recommended them.
Description of Work: Boiler annual checkup. Replaced 2 broken valves (I already knew these were broken). Fixed hot water fluctuations.

They are excellent to work with. They were very responsive. The other day I called to see about our consumption and they had everything right at there fingertips and were very helpful. One time during the winter we had to leave and had a plane to catch and our furnace went out. They arrived on the spot to help us.
Description of Work: We have oil heat and they provide the oil for us and maintain the system for us. They monitor our usage as well. And they also maintain our hot water system.
