Rusty Harris is very personable and professional and is very familiar with Medford, having lived there for years before moving to Reading. Our appraisal report is due in 10 days.

When I contacted the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MBREA) for their recommendations, two of the instructors on the board provided me with a list of six appraisers in my area and Rusty Harris was at the top of their recommendation list. The appraisal report that I received was both detailed and accurately describes the property. He provided additional details in the addendum of the report for substantiation. In addition, Rusty Harris extensive qualifications are listed in the report which adds further credibility.
