Description of Work: Interior needed repairs, painting, hardwood floor refinishing, and general remodling from a short sale purchase. Prior owners left the house a mess after moving out.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH (IT CAME OUT A LOT HIGHER THAN I EXPECTED), BECAUSE I WAS BILLED BY THE HOUR, INCLUDING TRAVEL TIME (WHICH I WASN'T EXPECTING AND HADN'T BEEN TOLD IN ADVANCE). IN THE FUTURE, I'LL INSIST ON A JOB PRICE, NOT AN HOURLY ONE.
