The sales proocess went well. The store was professional and answered all the questions. We went with a a nice playground and opted to pay thousands extra for a play area with playground rubber mulch for safety. They were on time and the install was beautiful. The playground was exactly what we wanted. Until, a week or so later, when my wife and three year old were playing on it, and my wife found a piece of rusted metal sticking out of the rubber mulch. I thought, well ok, it was a fluke. But, She continued looking and in a matter of 10 minutes or so found five pieces of wire sticking out of the playground mulch. Some rusted and thicker than a paper clip. Thick enough where it would be hard to bend and could easily puncture someone. This was very concerning, and upsetting considering we had paid so much more for the added safety, and it turns out the added safety is actually a hazard. She called the corporate office who told us we would hear back from customer service in franklin. A week went by, there was no return phone call. She then called the store office in Holliston where we purchased the set which said they would have the customer service department in Franklin contact us. Another week went by,I contacted the office in Franklin and they assured me someone would contact us today. No one ever called.What is the point of a customer service department if they will not speak to the customer. I am now in a posistion, where I have tried three times for customer service regarding safety on a childrens product with no response. I have few options left other than contacting the better business bureau or the media.

It was a nice high quality set. It had a lifetime warranty but we chose to have it taken down after our kids were older. They did a nice job of coming to install it and it held up well over the years. We would recommend them.

The experience went great. The delivery was on time and it was a clean set up. They were easy to work with.

EXCELLENT QUALITY STRUCTURE. I SHOPPED AROUND AND FOUND THE VALUE TO BE VERY GOOD. ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT SWING SET WAS NOT INSTALLED IN THE CORRECT PLACE. COMPANY CAME AND MOVED IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.
