On time, on budget, professional, big help with energy rebates. Systems ( Carrier 20 SAR and Mitsubishi ductless) working efficiently. My only complaint is that no one followed up after installation to ask how systems were performing. I was disappointed to learn that i needed two service contracts, one for each system. No discount given for multiple systems. Service to date has been very good however, and tech support has effectively responded to my several phone inquiries. I would recommend them to friends. They were very competitive with price and fully disclosed what they were providing. No surprises.

They were pretty responsive. They when I had questions, problems, they came back. The problem I had that I wasn't happy with is that they had to come back, and I had to pay for additional diagnostic that they should have picked up on the first time. It was average interaction. The work was fine. I kind of have to, because the work was warrantied. I have no comparison, if the cost would have been comfortable with any other company. I will be using them again.

Great. The Crew were very knowledgeable and efficient.

The tech came on time and proceeded to change the filter which was part of the tu. They use a cheap filter but that was ok. He spent a good deal of time cutting it to size. Then he went outside to the handler. After a short period he came back and said the freon could not be checked because I have a dirty coil. He explained that for $175. and an additional service call that could be done. I told him that I wasn't t going to put work and money wo knowing if it was still leaking. He did not put his gauges on the unit so besides changing the filter he didn't do much. I called to complain and they offered me 20. back which was not credited yet.

Brad was very professional and quickly figured out the issue with our smart thermostat installation. We had misidentified the common wire, and the actual common wire wasn't hooked up correctly down at the furnace so that the thermostat had enough power to run our A/C. He got everything put together correctly, and then stayed to troubleshoot when the unit didn't immediately perform to expectations (turned out that all it needed was time to equilibrate). It took awhile to get on their schedule, but service was top notch once I got one of their guys out to my house.

Yes, I would use them again. Yes, they cleaned up afterwards. It took them about an hour to repair the A/C. It was just one person that came out.

Severely overpriced by ~4x. Not punctual (half an hour late on a work day - I was walking out the door for work). So wish I didn't answer the door. Charges a $149 diagnosis fee, which is fine if I couldn't tell what the problem was... but call me crazy, I just don't understand why I should pay someone that much money just for them to reiterate to me what I already understood and have previously told them over the phone. EVERY OTHER company offers complementary visits. I asked them to give me 2 estimates on 2 different projects before I move forward with a decision and never heard back. They also told me i should replace the boiler but every other contractor told me it is fine. Anyway, decided to go with a different contractor but called them to ask them to send me the bill for the $149, a cost I decided to eat - not because I think they deserve it - but because I don't want any trouble. It's my first condo and I know that as a woman who doesn't understand jack about plumbing, I can get taken advantage of. So lesson learned. Should have done my homework better...before even letting anyone in the house! PS. Just got the invoice in the mail yesterday...no instructions on how to make the payment so i had to call them again. Overall, i would absolutely not recommend this company.

They do a good job. This was the second time I had them back. Everything went very well. In fact they had the wrong outlets and had some with them on they truck and were able to swap them out. They did a better job then originally anticipated. They did exactly what we asked for and asked the right questions.

Our heat and hot water stopped as the temperature dipped to single digits. We were looking for the first technician to come out ASAP. These guys returned our voicemail within 10 minutes, and were able to come out to the house within an hour!! Luckily, it was merely an exhaust fan's motor that burnt out, and the technician diagnosed it within a few minutes. Since it was a Sunday and they didn't have the particular part, they will be coming back to replace the motor. The cost of the service is their flat-rate for a diagnostic visit. The technician was great--knowledgable, friends, and helpful showing me how the system works.

Cooling Unlimited came quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly (we'd had someone else out who had a different take), and then they got the system back up and running!

The project went very smoothly. Their estimate was in the middle, they were able to accommodate my schedule, and the installation was as estimated-- 4 days of work. They installed the unit in the attic (accessible through a ceiling crawl hall), and placed all new ductwork and vents (as there was no pre-existing ductwork). The place was left clean and the workers were very friendly. The paperwork for the mass saves loan was processed without incident. altogether a relatively painless experience.

From beginning to end, working with Cooling Unlimited has been a pleasant experience. They were quick and prompt with all appointments and communications. They were able to get the job done in a single day and I hardly knew they were even down there working. I would most certainly be using their services again in the future.

They did it for us very quickly because we were without air conditioning during the summer. They came within two days and did it very quickly and very efficiently. They were very professional. When the air conditioner went down, they came down and gave us a quote and it seemed within the range of being reasonable. So, we said, "Okay, tell us when could you get there," because it was just before July 4. They said we could do it right after that. Two days later they came down with the crew. It was on a Friday maybe and Monday they came down with the crew and they did it and they did it in one day. It was pretty big, it was a completely new system. It was one of those new energy efficient systems. They told us the options, they said, "You could just do it the inexpensive way and get one of the older ones" So they explained, they said, "you could do it, but if you're going to live in the house more than five years, you probably want to go with the new system," because they would not support the old air conditioning system. So they told us abut that. We made an informed decision based on that. So we went with the newer system. It was good. I thought they explained it well and I was happy with it. It was a fair price. They didn't have to do the duct work and everything, but the unit and all the stuff upstairs had to be replaced. So it was pretty reasonable. They were here in the morning and out by 5:30. They were very good, very upfront, informed you of all the options. They did good work and professional work.

Overall I was happy with the service.

I contacted 4 companies for estimates. Kevin from Cooling Unlimited (CU) came within 24 hours and gave me an estimate on the spot which was com-parable to 2 of the others. The 4th one was not even in the ball park. The difference between CU and the others was because of the advice that Kevin gave me as well as his responsiveness. One company did not respond to several questions I had despite a phone call and an Email (the same com-pany that I had used for maintenance on my heating and AC for the past 15 years). I signed the contract, gave them a deposit, and had a new tankless hot water heater within 10 days or so - shortly after the old one let go! Mike the plumber was also a pleasure to work with and did a great job! I am very happy with my decision to hire CU and intend to use them for any other future HVAC issues.

The job involved replacing the old heat pump on the roof of our four story condo and replacing the air handler in our unit (1st floor). This required getting a crane to lift the new unit to the roof and remove the old unit. The first crane company contacted said they could not accomplish the task, but another crane company was hired that could and did what was required. On the day of the installation everything was in place at the required times and the job was completed without a hitch and our condo was left in perfect shape.

Arrive on time and showing professional attitude. Performed AC maintenance and refill R22 refrigirant when needed.. Good quality work. took about 1:40 minutes.

I knew exactly what I wanted -- to replace a noisy motor in my wall unit, however, they insisted that first I needed to have someone do a diagnosis for $129. I agreed since I didn't seem to have a choice. Several other firms had implied that no one made new motors and didn't even want to come look. Brian came, listened to my request, said there was a place nearby where he could get a new motor. He took out the old motor, went out and purchased a new one, returned and installed it.

We had a good experience with them. They were professional and on budget. They were very friendly and respectful.

I asked the serviceman to look at my thermostat as I've had issues with it going on one of the connectors is damaged. The price for replacing this would've been $230 . I find that outrageous since you can purchase a new one for around $50. I won't be using this company again! The price of fixing the capacitor for the AC was $166.

repair dysfuntion A/C. the A/C capacitor is shorted and didn't work. Bob came within 1 hour and fixed it. A/C cool immediately after repair. great work.
