Description of Work: The tech did a very thorough check up of my a/c system. He went over all the problems he found and gave me an approximate cost of fixing them. Seeing the age of my unit (20 years old), I did not think it would be worth the cost. Instead I bought a whole new system with which I am pleased.

Description of Work: We have used Cooling Unlimited, Inc because our air-conditioning unit wasn't working right.

Description of Work: Heater was not working. Cooling unlimited was very responsive and willing to send a technician the next day to diagnose the problem. The price for diagnosis was quoted on the phone. The lady who answered the phone was very sympatehetic, professional and very efficient. She explained what was included in the price and that any repairs needed would be extra. While the price was high for a normal diagnostic visit, in an emergency and for the prompt professional service, it was reasonable. The problem turned out to be simple but the technician explained what he was doing and educated us on how the heater functions.

Description of Work: We converted from oil to gas. We have steam radiators and therefore our options as far as boilers go are limited. I comparison shopped a bunch of providers. Cooling Unlimited by far had the best price and the best customer service. We also had to replace our hot water heater at the same time. The entire system is excellent. We are very happy with how things have gone. We really enjoyed working with Charlie. The guys who came to install the equipment were on time and cleaned up their mess. They were even down there singing. I can't say more than that I am a very picky customer and I could not recommend a better company to work with. Thanks again guys for all of your hard work.

Description of Work: We called first thing on a Saturday morning and after speaking with Matt Gish, he came right over. Explained the entire process and his thinking as well as did a full inspection of our unit and problem. His professionalism was wonderful. He was patient and took our problem seriously. We would have him come out again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: We were having problems with our central A/C tripping the circuit breaker. They had a set fee for diagnostics (no matter how long it took, and it took quite a few hours) which I appreciated, and accurately diagnosed a difficult problem. Matt did our work, both diagnostic and repair, and worked through many frustrating calls to ensure our condenser was still under warranty (which save us about $3k). He did a great job explaining our problem, potential solutions and costs. They kept to the estimate they gave us, even though the condenser replacement was much more difficult than initially planned. I would highly recommend them to anyone, excellent work at a fair price! I only gave them a "C" for responsiveness because their scheduling person had a tendency to promise a callback that never happened. But if you keep on top of it, they are worth the minor inconvenience.

Description of Work: I was in need of an emergency AC repair service for my heat pump and contacted this company after reading their reviews on Angies List. While, I did not use their services because they could not come in one the day I needed; I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. The person I spoke to promised to get me an appointment as soon as possible and proactively reached out to me (something I have not seen other vendors do).

Description of Work: Last week I scheduled an appointment with Meagan for a quote for a heating conversion. The appointment came and went, and the technician never showed. I left a message after waiting for an hour and was never called back. I waited 2 days for a return call from their emergency line before submitting this report. I do not enjoy taking time off work for a company who does not follow through on their commitments. I will not be using this company in the future.

Description of Work: Had electrical problem with heat pump. told them the circuit breaker outside was not working. The man showed on time but had no parts/ w / him. You would think he would have one or something. he got it working by wiggling it back and forth . But recommended it be replaced. so the price was for his 20min. diognosis . but would then be another price for him to come back w/ part and replace. or I can call in an electrition . thanks for nothing....
