Description of Work: They removed temporary structural supports that supported the main beam in the basement (which apparently were installed by the previous owner). Al and his masonry person put in concrete footings and 4" lally columns five feet apart to support the main beam. They also installed joist supports in areas that were not properly supported when the house was built 114 years ago. Al is a licensed structural engineer who does his own work.

I can't imagine anyone being more professional. I am absolutely thrilled with them. I wouldn't use anyone else.
