Agent was helpful with all aspects of readiness for sale , getting most for the property , going extra miles for schedualed closing date. Explaination of seller required documents was good. She helped with some issues that weren't her responsibility, and added a personal touch to all she did. I did feel she was looking out for my best interests

Rebecca Riopelle is simply amazing. She walked us through the most stressful times in our life in the most supportive and effective way. There was never pressure to sell before we were ready. When we were ready to go, she was there in a heartbeat and was more helpful than I could have ever imagined. Several people recommended I pay $1000 to have our condo "staged" for pictures and the open house. Rebecca came to our condo when we were out of town and organized our closets, even folded our sheets and towels! She used a plethora of artwork and decoratives to make our condo look fantastic. It worked, and we got EIGHT offers on our condo, one of them $35,000 over asking price! THEN, when we went to purchase our house, she came to probably 50 houses with us. Last year was such a crazy time for the market and it was very stressful. We had to put multiple offers in on houses. I was very pregnant at the time with a 2.5 year old son.
