About us

I am a full time, full service home inspector. I serve Eastern and South Eastern Massachusetts, from the Atlantic Ocean to Route 495, and parts of upper and mid Cape Cod. My inspection reports are done in a computer generated, comprehensive, color coded narrative format. Photos are included to clearly identify items of note. When you read my reports you will understand the building in all aspects. I will conduct a thorough inspection of your home, inside and out. As a Licensed Professional Home Inspector, I have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of the Readily Accessible and Observable installed systems and components of your home, listed in 266 CMR 6.04., from roof to foundation. Outside the home, I will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc. Inside the home the heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure that they function as intended, along with the attic and basement or crawl space(s). Then I will move thru the interior of the home to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms receive a thorough check. Chuck was a pleasure to hire. We used him for a home inspection, well water test & radon test. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable and personable. As first time home buyers he was more than happy to answer all of our questions and took his time inspecting all details.
