+ -1 moreWas definitely the low bidder on our roof replacement and I guess you get what you pay for. His crew failed to secure a tarp during a rainstorm and we had water pouring through our house, destroying two rugs and some furniture. After he was done, we had some smaller leaks and despite a 20 year warranty, he has not returned any phone calls (now over 4 months) and we had to have someone else repair the leak. He also has not given us his insurance information so we can get reimbursed for the damage. On the plus side, we still haven't paid him everything we owe him. Finally, his crew left nails and cigarette butts everywhere. Not someone I would hire if you had any children. Other than the leaks, the roof looks okay though.
