Cobra Painting

We needed all of the oak, orangey trim on our first floor painted white. We also hoped to have the kitchen cabinets painted white. Frank came over to inspect everything and give us a detailed estimate. The estimate was reasonable enough for us to go ahead with the trim, doors, windows and cabinets. Frank and his team showed up on the appointed day at 8AM and they all worked all day, every day, including Saturday, for a solid week. It was a LOT of work, and they worked in very hot, uncomfortable weather. Frank, his son, and the other worker were all consummate professionals. They explained everything they were doing and what materials they were using and why. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly every day. They were also very friendly. Frank's son even volunteered to play a little hockey with our 4 year old son after they had cleaned up for the day! Frank came in under the estimate and they finished more quickly than they anticipated. This despite the fact that they went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing the old hardware on our doors and cabinets (hinges, doorknobs, etc.) with the new hardware we purchased - we never asked them to do that and wouldn't have expected it. The finished product is amazing. It looks like we have a whole new house, and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Frank and his team for any of your painting needs, and I'm sure we will be using them again in the future.

Frank, his son, John, and Sean arrived at 8 am the next day ready to work. They painted for 3 and 1/2 days. They always arrived on time and stayed for at least 8 hours. If they had any questions, they asked. Frank and his team did not need any prompting--they just worked! They knew what to do and did it! They did not need us to stand over them and supervise. Frank was available only because he had a cancellation! He fit us in and we are so thankful! Cobra Painting is the best! We are preparing our home to sell, and he was there for us until the job was done! His son John even came back and worked on some exterior painting we needed done at a very reasonable price! Their work ethic is amazing! We definitely would hire them again! If you need painting done, you better hope they are available. So pleased!

Frank was my contact, and he was great throughout the process. They usually do not do work in the city, but they made an exception, and I am happy they did! Frank and his partner were right on time, made sure they covered all furniture and put away fragile pieces, and got right to work. The things they painted look wonderful, and I would definitely use Cobra Painting in the future!

As soon as we purchased the deal, Frank contacted me and worked on scheduling the job. I had to cancel the work date a day before they were to come but Frank was very understanding and easily rescheduled. When they came, they were able to get two full coats on the studio before the end of the day and it looks beautiful! Frank is a true professional. A great experience all around - highly recommend.

The walls needed some minor repairs and sanding and it wasn’t like they were in great condition, so it was extra work. The guy was willing to come on a weekend and was willing to get the job done in a very timely manner. I really did like the guy a lot. I felt comfortable with him in my house even if I wasn’t here. The only negative is that he is a little bit far away and I haven’t had him come back and do a little bit of touch up because of the distance. He was decent. He was very responsive. He had given me a discount and I actually gave him a little bit of extra like a tip.

I had this company over for the second time, since I was very happy with them the first time. I asked them to start in the hole way downstairs painting as many doors, frames, and window frames they can in 8 hours, from there original wooden color brawn to white, starting with the entry door by the garage moving torts the kitchen. I was impressed how they managed to work to there full potential, regardless what other workers (3) and household members ( including 2 dog) in the house were doing around them. There knowledge and quality of there profession is high, they are aware of there surrounding and plan accordantly, work hard the whole day, and never complain. It is no question, I will ask them to do more work in my house.

The last time the master bedroom was painted was between 15 and 20 years ago.The room had a long paper strip glowed a long the wall witch had to be removed by hand piece by piece. The two painter did a excellent job not to scratch the wall. The painting came out excellent including the wooden board at the bottom which I wanted changed from brown to white. The bathroom had a little mold on one side of the wall which had to be addressed first before they could continue painting the bathroom. The two painter were in the house for about 8 1/2 hour and did everything I asked for. They left the rooms clean as I expected. I liked this two workers, they did a excellent job, were friendly, professional and happy all day. Good job and thank you!

Frank did a wonderful job! Very professional and meticulous. Work took several days and each evening when I arrived home the house was cleaned, supplies were placed in a corner and all furniture put back in place. Frank was punctual and personable and we have already recommended him to family and friends! Will definitely have Frank back for future work.

The job went wonderfully. Frank is very professional, but also very personable. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would for the quote, and was able to perform the work when he said he would. Frank did the work himself and was very careful and meticulous. The job took from Monday until Saturday and for the amount of work that was performed, the price was exceptional. The job included painting old unpainted trim that needed extensive priming. Everything came out beautifully. I will continue to use Frank and Cobra Painting for all my future painting jobs.

Everything about this guy and his work (which he did by himself) was top notch. He even helped me get the rooms back in order after he was done. I originally was going to write a check from the estimate he had done but he told me that it was $40 less than the estimate "because I used 2 gallons less paint". He was professional yet personable, honest, reasonably priced and I just was comfortable with him in my house. If I ever need to hire someone to paint, I'm calling Frank.

Frank was great to work with! He was on time and professional. He brought the requested paint color with him, so it saved me a trip. He took down a border, patched some wholes, painted the walls and trim, and cleaned up as well. It really looks wonderful and I could not be happier! Will definitely use Frank again in the future!

Frank, his son and another gentleman did a great job a very reasonable price. Work was completed in a timely manner with minimal amount of interruption and Frank insured the rooms were kept clean through out the process. Rooms were vacuumed thoroughly after the work was completed Frank was very meticulous to insure the rooms looked excellent when finished. Power washed fence and did an excellent job painting the fence. We have used Cobra Painting previously to paint our kitchen so my wife and I wanted Frank back for this job. We would highly recommend Cobra Painting.

Cobra, and in particular Frank, have been a pleasure to work with. We have now used them on 2 separate occasion to paint a total of 3 rooms in our home. The first project we had them tackle was our dining room and office. Frank quoted us a fair price to complete the 2 rooms which have extensive dentil moldings and needed a fair bit of repair before they could be painted, and despite the project taking quite a bit longer than he had expected, he stuck firmly to his original quote. Because we were so happy with the Frank's professionalism with the first project we decided to have him back this summer to complete our living room are which had all the same issues as the other rooms. Frank was booked out pretty far in advance and we had some time constraints to get the project done before the end of July, so Frank offered to come by on evenings or weekend in order to get the job done within our time frame which was a huge help to us. Cobra will be our first call for any painting projects in the future.

Frank and Scott arrived promptly at 8:00 AM as promised. They were willing to move furniture as I was not able to do it alone. We spoke about what I hoped to accomplish and they made recommendations based on the amount of time I had purchased. They were focused, professional and respectful of my place throughout the day. As the day wore on and paint supply was getting low, they made sure to ask what surfaces I wanted painted and which to skip. They were very neat and the place looked great when they left. I would definitely recommend Cobra Painting and will use them again in the future.

The work went very well I am very satisfied with the end product. He was punctual, professional, and cleaned up after himself.

I cannot tell you how pleased we were with the service. The team was Responsive, Punctual, Professional & Meticulous. My house is very old and it was going to be a huge job to come in and do it right. . On any given day we had 3-8 painters in the house for nearly 3 weeks (including weekends - they work tirelessly) and the team was nothing short of a pleasure. They paid attention to all the details and did an amazing job. It is extremely difficult to find contractors that are good, let alone great, out there. Typically lots of promises that are not followed through on. Cobra Painting went above and beyond - We could not be happier. I am recommending them to everyone I know - its funny, we can't stop talking about what a great job they did. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Our ceiling had to be plastered due to a leaky pipe in the ceiling less than a week before Christmas. Since we have an open house on Christmas eve we needed to have a painter come out on short notice. My husband found Cobra Painting on Angie's List and call them. They returned the call and my husband told them our situation. Two of them showed up at our house at 8:30a as promised and promptly got to work. The price included the cost of the ceiling and trim paint. They were great about covering everything. They were such gentlemen, too. They did a wonderful, meticulous job. We were so pleased, we plan on having them back to paint our first floor in Spring.
