B&B showed up and went over what needed to be down again prior to starting. They worked hard and complete job in a timely matter. Bryant(owner) was amazing with manning his crew who worked efficiently and how they kept interior work area and exterior area very clean. Very professional and a great rate for work requested. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again or recommend him to someone.

Very professional and excellent work ethic

Bryant was very responsive. Some weather delays on other projects cause the work to be pushed out, but the price was good and it only took one day to remove the entire chimney and patch the room. There was a lot of mess, but the team did a pretty good job closing off different areas with plastic and protected the flooring. While he was there, I asked Bryant to give me another quote to demo most of the basement. He came back with a number later that day, and is coming back later in the week to complete that work.

Great. They were very polite and responsive from the beginning. They did a ton of hard work for quite a reasonable price. They fixed a leaky pipe for me afterwards.

I called at 8 p.m. to leave a message for a call back. But I was pleased to see that someone could answer the phone, and give me an estimated price and arrival time. All he wanted was an estimate of the size of the items I wanted removed so he could schedule the appointment. The gentleman came at the time I requested (the next day) and hauled away the stuff.

It was great! The men from B & B are hardworking, efficient, and cheerful. They got all the work done in a total of about 3 days. When we called them back for additional tasks they worked us into their schedule and came fairly fast. Given the difficulty of the tasks in terms of hard physical labor, we were pleasantly surprised at the cost.

In the first incident, Bryan and his Buddy, Joe, showed up and just destroyed the room. It was awesome. What had taken me a couple weekend days to do half of, took them a mere couple hours to finish. What's more, they cleaned up everything outside of the rooms. However, their coup de gras was to remove all the existing debris from the huge pile on the side of the house in about 15 minutes. By the time they were done, Bryan's Ford F450 was unbelievably overpacked. Due to how quickly they worked, and how cheap they were, I called Bryan to do the digging work behind the house. It was a hot day, maybe 95 degrees, and humid, and they dug the entire afternoon until there was not a rock nor piece of buried construction material pushing up against the sagging fence. Overall, more than a ton of dirt and rubble was removed. Bryan is a very honest guy, and easy to get along with. He's always on time, despite the fact that he drives from Brockton to my place in South Boston. He's always significantly cheaper than anyone else around. He does a great job, and he's easy to work with. I'm not even going to bother getting other estimates anymore.
