Wong Floor Sanding

I wish I could rate these guys even higher - what a fantastic customer service experience. The very long story short: the whole first floor of the home I recently purchased was carpet/laminate. Upon inspection, we discovered there was some decent oak flooring underneath, however the screws for the laminate and staples for the carpet left a fair amount of damage. In addition, I wanted to extend the flooring into the kitchen (which was only laminate at the time). I spoke to a few contractors, all of which were insistent that the floors were red oak. Thankfully, I found Kenny; he was the only one who recognized the floors to be white oak, which averted a minor disaster (mismatched flooring). He also did a fantastic job laying the new floors to match the old. In addition, the repairs he did were incredible; I didn't think they would come out nearly as good as they did. The stain (Minwax Provincial) and the satin polyurethane were a stunning combination. Overall, Kenny was very easy to work with, and the final product was beyond my expectations. Literally every person who has visited has commented on how nice my "new" floors are. I could not be happier with Wong's, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

We used Wong Floors about 2 years ago for our entire downstairs area. Our kitchen and dining room had existing wood floors and the living room needed wood floors to match. We again called Kenny to come out and check out our second floor to install wood flooring there as well. Kenny is professional and spent about an hour going over everything that would need to be done. They came exactly when they said they would (first day from 830a-630p) and worked diligently every day they were here. It is a hard process to go through because you cannot enter the area for almost a week while waiting for each coat of polyurethane to dry. Being in a confined area with 4 cats was not fun, but the end result is beautiful. They do fantastic work and clean up everything when they leave. We were extremely happy with the results both times we have used them. We recommend them to everyone we know.

The floors look amazing. We could not be happier. They came exactly at the time they said they would which is a huge deal for us since we work the night shift. The new wood floor matches exactly with the other floors that they refinished and sanded. They did a beautiful design with mahogany around our fireplace. They cleaned up everything and told us the progress daily. When we decide to do the upstairs rooms we will definitely be using them again. Extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
