Continued to try to get a quote and a site visit from Mark. He was very unresponsive after our initial call. It was very frustrating to have to probe him constantly with no response and no follow through on his part. Because of this, I'm rating his responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism an F. I understand it's a busy industry, but our roof deck job offered a lot of opportunity for his crew -- if he had just been honest and said that his company was too busy to take on a new customer, I would have respected that a whole lot more.

Unknown to us, my cat hid under the floor when it was open. We heard MEW MEW and knew he was there. Someone was back at the house in no time to set him free!

Waldron Contracting is truly the best contractor I've ever dealt with. They are honest, efficient, great communicators, detailed oriented and will explain every unanticipated detail with reports and pictures. Waldron came to a property I manage in the South End and handled it so professionally after having several contractors on site to attempt in locating the water source. This building has had water infiltration issues for YEARS and we've heard no reports of water from residents since WCS was on site last. They saw the project through until the very end. I would recommend and use this company over and over for any type of job.
