+ -1 moreHe responded to my call in a timely manner and followed up with an appointment on time. His appearance was most profession. He had promised to submit a report in a week which didn't arrive till about three weeks after I called him into the second week.
Description of Work: Mr Verma evaluated a floor sagging condition in my hall and kitchen.

+ -1 moreTHE ENGINEER ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID A VERY THOROUGH EVALUATION OF THE STRUCTURAL ISSUES OF OUR HOME. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND VERY SMART AND PROVIDED A REPORT IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Description of Work: THEY PERFORMED A STRUCTURAL EVALUATION OF OUR HOME WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REPAIRS. THIS WAS FOR A THREE STORY DUPLEX HOME THAT IS 100 YEARS OLD.
