Normal was very professional. During the initial meeting he showed me a wonderful pictoral collection of his previous installations to give me ideas of what was possible and also to showcase his background and expertise. When it came to the install date Norman showed up on time and was very consciences about keeping the area clean and laying out his work. He was very efficient and quiet. Norman had one helper along who was also very professional. The work was completed in about two days. The end result is spectacular. I'm convinced that the extra attention to detail given and Norman's installation methods will aid in the longevity and beauty of the rug. I am already recommending Norman to friends and neighbors when they inquire about the rug.

It went extremely well. I got connected with Norman when a retail outlet, which quoted us $2,890 for synthetic runners, went out of business. Norman quoted us a significantly lower price for 100% wool Karastan runners. He indicated that he had remnant of this higher quality material and would install it such that we wouldn't be able to tell that remnant material was used. And, without question, he was completely on target. They arrived this morning, on schedule, the job was completed about 2 hours ago, and the result is truly extraordinary. The carpet is absolutely beautiful, and Norman and Brian did an phenomenal job. It took tremendous skill to assure that everything matched perfectly, the lines were even, and the carpet was correctly positioned on the landings. As another reviewer noted - Norman's work is truly a work of art. I cannot recommend Norman Beshere highly enough - I recommend him and his company without reservation. In this work they have displayed a rare combination of superior value, extremely high quality and supreme excellence in workmanship.
