Phat was very professional. The quote was accurate, we discussed what I wanted done and he used the finish I wanted. He cleaned up nicely and the floors were dry when he said they would be. I have used him for painting as well and he did a great job.
Description of Work: Refinished hardwood floors for three rooms and a hallway. Did a fantastic job! Six months later and people are still commenting on how good it looks. Also patched old hot air vents in floors.

The floor was ribbed from a previous bad job, making it harder than usual to maintain a flat surface. Nail heads were visible in places, tearing the sandpaper on one occasion. The wooden transitions were in a mess. Parts of the floor had suffered water damage - warping made it necessary to hand sand/scrape. Phat coped with all these problems and did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Sand and polyurethane (3 coats) a ribbed hardwood floor, 475 sq ft, 4 cast iron radiators, 3 transitions.

It went well. He was prompt and friendly and did a great job.
Description of Work: Phat came by to look at the room and gave us an estimate, one that I felt was very reasonable (and $300 below a home improvement store's estimate). He scheduled based on my needs. He installed bamboo floors in a small bedroom.
