Excellent! Can't say enough good things about their service. Russ was fantastic. Very good price and very professional and did an excellent job.

Russell showed up right on time and went right to work. He examined the machine and ran it to see if and where it might be leaking. Unfortunately the machine did not cooperate - it refused to leak! As I said, the problem was intermittent so of course it wouldn't leak when the repairman was there to diagnose the problem. However, Russell did have some suggestions to improve the operation of the machine and gave me an estimate, and stated that if I decided to make the repairs he suggested within 30 days, the $90 I had paid for the service call today would go toward the second visit and repair. Russell did a very thorough job of inspecting the washer and trying to replicate the problem - I certainly can't fault him for not being able to repair a leaky machine that simply refused to leak! I will definitely call Affordable Appliance the next time I need an appliance repaired.

We have consistently had problems with our front loading washer getting out of balance. The tech came and balanced the washer and also described why it was happening and what he did to prevent recurrence.

The tech came in and tested the outlet to the dryer and only 1/2 of the outlet was getting power. It was a house we just bought and the dryer would turn on but wasnt producing heat. He quickly figured it out, in less than 5 minutes. I had to be charged for a full hour though.

I called and provided info and the repairman called me back in less than 90 minutes. He came to my house right away and was very professional. He took my dryer apart and diagnosed the problem like a highly skilled surgeon. He had the part on his truck, then wrote up the exact cost to ask if that was ok and was helpful and knowledgeable with the advice. All in all, the problem was fixed from making the call to him leaving my house in less than 3 hours. Great company. I would use them again in a second.

Great. Came out twice, first to diagnose the dishwasher's lack of draining and a second time to replace the pump (after ordering it). Helped assess microwave issue, too. Terrific work.

Returned from vacation to find out our refrigerator was not working . Affordable appliance returned our phone call with in an hour and was out to see us with in 2 hours. We were told we needed to replace mother board which might be a problem for our brand . Originally thought we may need to buy a new refrigerator. After Richie left he called us back shortly and said he was able to find the correct part. Came out the same day and got our refrigerator running.

The vibration repair eliminated the vibration/noise my washer made during the spin cycle and the fridge diagnosis showed I needed a plumber to replace the water line to my fridge.

Punctual, responsive, and very professional and courteous. Turns out repairing the microwave isn't worth it given high parts cost (which is a Thermador issue, he was giving me them at cost) - but appreciated the candor, the quick turnaround, and the honest recommendation.

My dryer was not heating, I bought this on Angies List and he was very quick on accommodating since i had a lot of wet clothes. The repairman stopped and fixed and was very thorough. Would definitely use again.

First service call went really well. I've been trying to schedule a second service call to repair my dishwasher for the past three weeks. They have an antiquated answering service. Their actual staff can't schedule appointments - requiring the technician to ca back. I've literally called 10 times and still haven't has anyone out to my place for the service call. It's maddening how difficult it has been to schedule a repair. I give up!

Bill came and was very friendly and easygoing about our dogs barking. He checked everything and determined that our oven was working properly. We were charged the exact amt agreed to to come diagnose the problem. It is so refreshing when a repair person tells you something is working because it would be so easy to make up a problem and charge for it. I was super happy with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Before they did any work they told me to call Samsung about a defect and I didn't need to pay for the service. I appreciated the honesty.

They were able to get me in that day, late afternoon and he surveyed the situation and gave me the numbers for repair. I knew I would have to replace it, but it wasn't as bad at that moment as I had feared. I appreciated their prompt response.

Everything was fine and it helped to finally figure out if the oven could be fixed.

The job was completed. I think I wouldn't give them high rating because the individual was unpleasant to my wife. The job was done. The service was completed. Price was fine.

Anthony was excellent. He called me 20 minutes before he arrived, got right to work on the dishwasher when he arrived, and had fixed the problem within 20 minutes of looking at it. He took the time to run a test on the dishwasher and opened up the control panel to check all the connections. He could have easily told me I needed a new panel, however he was able to see that 1 of the ribbons had come loose and was causing the error message. He replaced the ribbon and made sure that it was fastened correctly so that it would not loosen up. Excellent, fast service at a fair price.

They called me a couple days after purchasing a deal and said I was out of their service area. He said I should call Angie's List but I told him that he should be the one to call. He seemed frustrated.

The service was fine, but I thought $175 for five minutes of work was pretty steep. Doctors don't make that much. I know it was a Saturday, but the cost of the belt couldn't have been very much.

The deal was for $25 for $100 worth of service, and the total bill was $150, so I paid about $75. At first they tried to claim that I owed them $125 and that the $25 was just to make the appointment. I believe this was just confusion on part of the repairman that was sent and not an explicit attempt to cheat me. But he spent about 20 mins on the phone with someone else before he agreed to the actual terms of the deal, so that was a bit frustrating.

He was very honest with me even though we did not meet. He informed me to buy a new appliance instead wasting a visit and getting it repaired.
