Description of Work: I called for service on our dryer. The repairman came by, but the part was not like what he had expected. He called to order it and was back the next day to install it and the charge was the same as had been originally quoted.

I was told that this particular dryer would be expensive to fix and it was recommended that I purchase another dryer. I appreciated the honesty, as I could have easily been charged for a house visit and told the same thing. After looking at similar products at appliance stores, I decided to purchase the washer/dryer pair from Affordable Appliance. I was very pleased with the result. They delivered the new appliances and removed the old ones without any difficulty. This was impressive, as the final destination was a third floor in an small bathroom.

He was able to make a temporary fix so that we could use the appliance until the part arrived. He was courteous and fully explained everything he was doing. I would recommend this vendor.
