Universal J&S did and excellent job repairing the steps on my Deck/porch at a much reasonable price than the other two establishments that provided me estimates. Not only that, but the steps on my deck look a lot nicer than how it was originally designed. Would do businesses again.

We ran into multiple problems getting materials but John worked with many vendors to get the job done. He communicated well throughout the process.

I have used J&S to replace 3 roofs. They are very fast and do a great job. They are neat and clean up and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!!

There were 3 people working together, salesman, contractor and owner, the company is a scam,

Weuler and team repaired a section of roof that had a leak. Weuler was responsive and professional and there were no surprises. We're happy with the results. The only downside was that the team started in the afternoon and finished up in the dark, making nail cleanup difficult.

They were great and no surprises. I would highly recommend.

These folks are professionals. They arrived ,got to work, and cleaned up. They were accommodating. I have never met such amiable contractors. The best part is my roof is beautiful!!!!!!! I highly recommend them! If I could give them 100 stars I would.

The gentleman that evaluated and priced the job was top shelf. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. The work was done the next day and done right. It was tested the very next day with heavy rain and I saw no leaks.

After some initial weather related delays, the job was done and we are very happy.

They took our deposit and still have not shown up for the job. We were told one date range, then they did not show. We were told a second date range, again, no show.

I had a great experience working with J&S. I found the quote for the deck job I had to be very reasonable and they even recommended someone for my fence who was, again, very reasonable and did a great job. The deck job I hired them for was not very big, just adding some stairs and replacing the railings, the whole job was started and finished in just over a day. I found a couple things I wanted cleaned up a bit, and without question, the crew was sent back the same day to take care of the minor issues I had. At no point was I made to feel badly about some of the things I was pointing out, it was all just taken care of efficiently. I would most definitely hire them again in the future.
