Great experience! Troy responded quickly to my call for an estimate. He came out and gave us a very detailed explanation of what they would do and a competitive bid. On moving day they arrived within 10 minutes of the agreed to arrival time, the team introduced themselves, did a walk through and then jumped right to it. They had us completely packed, moved and unloaded in just 6 hours. I have rarely seen anyone work as hard as these guys did, you absolutely get your money's worth with this team.

Found them on Craigslist. The provider and I exchanged several emails and phone calls. First I got a very professional email confirming our appointment for 1 PM on Thursday, Feb 7. I called to confirm on Thursday morning. They said they would call me about 12:30 when heading for my place. When I got no call, I called them and learned it would be 3 PM. When they did not call then I called and learned it would be more like 7 PM. Already frustrated with their delays and an impending blizzard I told them if they were not ther by 6:15 to forget it. They said - oh, so you want to cancel? - I said yes. Very, very unreliable. I would never use them. Since that experience I have searched for the phone number on craigslist and it brings up a multitude of services. beware of any business with a phone listing of 781-518-3048

The experience was great. These guys definitely were personable, punctual, and eager to help. They were also forgiving, I changed the meetup time at the last minute due to issues at Uhaul trying to get a trailer hooked up to my SUV. But they were able to adjust and came at the new time no problem. They quickly loaded my items into the trailer and followed me to the new house and quickly unloaded my items there. All and all a great move, these types of jobs I think having personality and like I said enthusiasm makes it a more pleasurable experience. These guys had that, so in addition to getting the work done we had great laughs and a fun day. Thanks Sean and Frederick you guys rock!
