The electrical work went very well. This was our first big renovation project and also our first exposure to many contractors. Tom stood out of the pack in every aspect. From a cost perspective he was fair and most importantly always spot on and up front with costs. Every estimate he gave us was right in line with the final cost, which helped in making us more comfortable when we added scope to the work. From a work ethic perspective, it doesn't get much better. Tom was always on time and, again, spot on with his estimates on how much time it would take and how many visits he would need to do the job. He never complained about anything being too difficult and was always focused in getting the job done. This drama-free approach seems to be a rare find with contractors and was much appreciated. We also found Tom to be very respectful of our property and to have wide knowledge about construction in general. There were a few things outside of electrical work that he found within the walls dealing with the structural integrity of our unit. He pointed them out for us to resolve with our general contractor before patching everything up. For all of these reasons, as well as Tom being a good and approachable guy in general, we definitely recommend him and would hire him again.

Tom was responsive from the initial phone call to the follow-ups with the inspector. He always returned my calls and E-mails promptly. His price was better than the rest (I got 4 estimates), and his work was excellent. He explained all my options on how the job could be done, along with the associated costs of each. In a world where it seems like all electricians and plumbers are out to rip you off, Tom is someone that can be trusted. Very highly recommended.

The whole process was extremely easy. Tom was great, he was quick and extremely responsive; he started work a few days after our first walk-through though I was in no rush. He was extremely neat and paid attention to detail. When we were discussing the work he explained parts of the electric code to me; he clearly explained some of the problems with our existing wiring and discussed several options of how to correct them. Tom was great to work with and I highly recommend him for any electric work you may have.
