Description of Work: Jim was recommended to me by my electrician. He removed an old bathroom vent from my roof and shingled over it, and when he saw that my gutters needed cleaning, he offered to do that too. He charged me $150 for the roof work, and $150 for the gutters. He did it when I was at work, and when I came home, I couldn't even tell where the roof vent had been. I'll definitely look to him for any future work.

+ -1 moreThe job took four days and went very well. The roof looks great and we haven't noticed any leaks. There was no convenient place to put a dumpster (we don't have a driveway), so Jim cleaned up all of the debris each day and took it with him in his truck.
Description of Work: Jim installed a new roof on our house. The job included the following: Stripped roof to expose sheathing. Removed two existing skylights and sheathed over openings. Installed ice and water barrier to bottom 3 of roof. Installed 15 lb. felt paper over remaining roof area. Installed 30-year Timberline roofing shingles. Installed 8 drip edge to all roof edges. Installed new soil pipe flashing. Installed cobra ridge vent. Installed new Power Attic Ventilator. Installed ice & water barrier to base of chimney. Applied two coats of masonry sealer to chimney. Cleaned up all debris generated by job.
