+ 0 moreNot remebering the last time I went to Radio Shack in Quincy to buy a quick electronic item, I returned to face the same torturous treatment. Standing in a long line to pay for an item while the clerks ingnore you and seemingly seem to be enthralled helping other patrons. Everyone in the line quene shaking there heads and some leaving in disgust after 10 or 15 minutes or longer waites to pay for some small item. Yes, this has happened to me before in the same Radio Shack in Quincy. At least they are consistent.
Description of Work: I understand that Radio Shack employees are only paid minimun wage and only receive commissions on big ticket items, so this is not a personal attack on individuals, but on Radio Shack's general business model. Go to any Radio Shack and suffer the same consequences. If you are not purchasing a big ticket item you will wait in line to pay for it for up to half an hour or until the clerk gets around to taking your money. My time is worth more to me then standing in line for inordinate amounts of time to pay for merchandise. Incredible as it seems, warehouses home improvement stores, etc are not only cheaper, but their service is far better than Radio Shack's.
