It went very well, David went out of his way to make sure i was satisfied and made sure ecerythinf worked like oem for my jeep. Very good guy will use again for future issues.

I got locked out of the office. Called PLMS. They arrived within an hour, called in advance of arrival. Personnel was super nice and responsive.

I was happy and relieved that they could arrive within an hour. They were punctual and professional with very fair and reasonable pricing and were able to fix an old lock mechanism quickly. I would use again without hesitation.

I was so impressed by Dave and by his apprentice, Kendell. They were helpful and professional, and when they discovered that the interior mechanism of the deadbolt in the package was damaged, they ran out and got a substitute. I will always call Dave if I need a locksmith in the future.

Excellent! Dave went above and beyond to make sure our coded door lock was installed correctly. There was a piece that was needed in order to secure the lock and fill a hole. Dave searched until he found the piece we needed. He was professional and pleasant.

Great! Although it wasn't an emergency (I made an appointment in advance), Matt and Dave were really helpful and accommodating... especially since I could only be there on a Sunday. Matt called when he said he would and alerted me when he was en route. The work was done quickly and professionally and Matt was unfazed when I also needed a mailbox key. I would definitely use them again-especially if it was an emergency situation and I was locked out of my house or car!

The locks were very, very old. I have tried to get key copies in the past and found that most key copying places didn't carry the blanks any more. So I knew the job would be challenging. Prime did a great job of helping me understand what could and could not be done for each lock and helped me decide on the best path forward. Prime also made a special trip to a key specialist to get some of the rare blanks that were needed. All this was done within budget and within the time frame I expected. Not only did Prime do a great job, but I felt they went the extra mile for me.

He was a very nice guy. He came out to the house about 40 minutes after I called, as promised, laid out the options and prices, and replaced the lock within about 15 minutes. It was exactly what I needed. I will definitely call Prime next time I need a locksmith.

Dave was very responsive to our request for service, was very punctual, and provided extremely competent service.

Lost my one and only key to my car so I called around to no avail. Finally I came across Prime Locksmith Mobile Service and Dave answered. He checked to see if he had the key in stock and said he would call me right back. About 10 minutes later he called me said he had the key and could be over in about 1 hr. He showed up promptly and got right to work. No more than 20 minutes later I had a new key for my car! He was very professional and did great work. I made sure to get his business card so I could refer him if I ever heard of someone needing similar services. Hopefully this never happens again but if it does I know who I'm calling!

I purchased a used VW Passat that came with only one key. I called Prime Locksmith. Dave was able to make and program a new key. Dave also programmed a remote that I had bought online. Definitely very impressed and I would recommend Prime Locksmith for anyone that needs locksmith service.
