+ 1 moreI pulled up to find my property a milk crate full of Mason jars, and nutrients in the back of their work van. Owner Mike then ducked my calls so I used *69 to which he answered on the first ring. Currently dealing with the police over this matter. Avoid at all costs

+ 0 moreThey called us back and said that they would send someone out that afternoon to take a look at the water heater. He showed up about 1 1/2 hours later and changed one of the parts. Made sure everything was dry and relit the water heater. It worked and has been working beautifully since. He left his company card and number in case we needed anything. I would surely call them again.
Description of Work: After a heavy rain and water getting into our basement the pilot went out on our new water heater which was purchased from the gas company. We called the gas company and they came out looked at it and said we needed a new part and to call the warranty dept which was out of state and then they would come back and put it in. We called them but they refused to send the part as there had been water in the basement, our warranty was no longer any good. Patriot plumbing is at the corner of our street and they are always very busy we were at our wits end so we decided to call them and ask for help.

I live in a condominium complex and he offered some advice about making sure people use low suds detergent. This was strictly a phone consultation only, no service was executed.

+ -1 moreTHEY RETURNED MY CALL WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEY CAME OUT, THE MAN STARTED THE JOB, BUT IT TOOK KIND OF LONG FOR AN HOURLY RATE. HE WANTED TO DO IT A CERTAIN WAY BUT A PIPE WOULD HAVE BEEN VISIBLE. I ASKED HIM TO RE-DO, WHICH HE DID. HE WAS NEAT AND ORGANIZED. HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH HIS WORK.
Description of Work: MY KITCHEN SINK WAS CLOGGED, THE ANGLE OF THE PIPE IN THE CELLAR WASN'T STEEP ENOUGH AND IT OVERFLOWED ALL OVER MY CELLAR FLOOR.
