Description of Work: I called several times to try and schedule while the coupon was active, and the vendor always said the schedule was too busy to get to Burlington, and to call back later. He told me he would honor the coupon after the expiration so it's ok to let it go a little longer than the end date. He always responded, but we couldn't get the appointment scheduled so at this point it's ok to just call it a wash and find another vendor to do the repair.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal from them for drywall/plaster repair.

Description of Work: As mentioned above, I purchased the deal Dec.20,2011. It never seemed to be a convenient time to set up the work for either him or me. He was supposed to have called back a couple of times to set something up and never did. He was polite on our phone calls, though. At this point, I don't trust that the work would ever get done, and I do not choose to do business with him. I have someone else doing the work and have been quite pleased. Therefore, I would rather be reimbursed than go with a company with which I'm not comfortable. P.S. Really not certain of the date of our last phone call.

Description of Work: I schedule an appt. for Sunday morning to get an estimate for a drywall/plastering project. When the appointed time came and went I called the contractor and got his voice-mail. I called again later and the call went directly to voice-mail. The following evening the contractor called me asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment for one night during the week. I told him I was not interested and would use another contractor. I can't believe the contractor would blow off the customer and the appointment and then call as if nothing was wrong. If this is how this contractor does business, I would never consider using him.

Description of Work: Contacted/hired Johnny through an Angie's deal... and overall was very pleased. Johnny spent sbout 4 hours applying 3 coats of material to about 17' of wall, he also took care of 4 patches. I provided tape & compound, Johnny provided material for the 1st & 2nd coat which was a quick drying material. Johnny was easy to work with. I'd hire him again for sure.
