They were terrific. They're very professional. They let you know beforehand, they make an appointment with you. If you have to cancel for one reason or another they're very easy to get in touch with. The people are here exactly when they say they're going to be here.They do their job and they're reliable. I see no reason not to just keep doing business with them.

It went well. The only complaint I have is that the original offer was for $199, but I was told the total cost would be $420, even though the size of our house is less than the square footage quoted. However, I really feel like we got our money's worth.
Description of Work: We had a whole house cleaning and my family is favorably impressed with how hard working Mr. and Mrs. Ramos are. They arrived at 9am and finished around 3pm and worked the entire time, hardly taking a break. They cleaned every nook and cranny - our house is immaculate now!! Our oven, refrigerator, and stove are gleaming! They even dusted on top of the cabinetry in the kitchen. Hire these two - you will not be disappointed.

Julio worked very diligently, with excellent effort, and flexibility. I really appreciate his proactiveness with arranging the cleaning date for us. We met in the evening for a review, and he came back to clean the house during the daytime.
Description of Work: Cleaning work including all appliances, kitchen sinks and bathrooms. Many of the other Angie's list cleaning providers do to do all of these, so I specifically looked for someone who is willing to clean up everything.
