Came promptly, were very professional and provided a detailed estimate for the repairs. Were not pushy at all.

I had a problem with the spin cycle on my washing machine. Mike from HUB Appliance came in and inspected the unit and set up a maintenance appointment. After opening the unit, they realized the problem was from a different board. We rescheduled for the following day, they had the part shipped overnight, and the next day they fixed the washer. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend these guys. They were extremely professional in their work, correctly diagnosed the problem and came in to fix it at the set date.

Came to fix water leaking from Washing Machine. Problem was very elusive. They came back multiple times until the issue was resolved at no charge beyond the initial visit.

The Technician, Mr. Tom Burke, called 30 min before arrival, arrived on time, behaved professionally and respectfully, diagnosed problem in the first three minutes upon arrival, had necessary parts and instruments on-hand, and successfully completed repairs in 15 minutes. Excellent job!

I had the replace the refrigerator since the repair did not fix the issue. But I was refunded the money.

They were very fair price wise. They came back exactly when they said they would. Very prompt and very personable.

Great service. They came on short notice to look at our washing machine. Called the morning of to give us a more accurate ETA within the service window, which is always appreciated. They recommended buying a new machine instead of them doing an expensive repair. We appreciated their honesty!

Super painless! We needed to replace venturi tubes on our stove, they showed up on time, were quick and efficient, and explained how to remove the burners and tubes to facilitate cleaning underneath the cooktop.
