Exceptional! The best! No need to other explore other appliance repair companies. Al and John responded immediately to my inquiry, were quick to make the house call and repair my refrigerator at a very reasonable cost. You would be wasting your time if you were to contact another company.

The man was dirty looking did not fix the refrigerator. Told me to put cups of water in the freezer check in 2 days. Called them back after 2 days, and he came out again and said it was too expensive to fix. Waste of $89

Hub appliance is a very professional and honest company! After diagnosing my washing machine which would have cost way too much to repair.After pricing out all the parts the technician was very honest and said that it would not be worth repairing we should just purchase a new machine which we did however based on the level of honesty I gave them a five star review not many companies are honest like that!

They were quick to respond, arrived on time, had the part to do the repair, and did a great job. I will gladly recommend them for your next repair.

The customer service was great! I explained what my washer/dryer combo was doing and he kindly explained different things that could be wrong with it. He also gave me an idea about how much I would have to pay in each scenario. I had called about 5 places and nobody else did that. Then they came to fix it and did it promptly, explaining what had caused it and how to prevent it in the future, among other questions we had. Honestly, they were so helpful. I will definitely be hiring them in the future.

Could have done a better job communicating their inability to make the first appointment, but they more than made up for it. Very reasonable cost, and quick and efficient installation of a new icemaker.

Responded right away after request was made and it was easy to make an appointment. The technician came when expected and was thorough with his diagnosis. He communicated well and unfortunately the fridge could not be repaired but I feel like he gave me good recommendations for moving forward. I would hire them again.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the technician called before to let me know when he would arrive. Al carried out a thorough inspection of our trash compactor and once diagnosed, he gave me options for going ahead. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely hire HUB Appliance again.

The work was done well as expected and I would recommend them for home projects if you need appliance repairs for your home at a reasonable price.

Tom the technician called ahead and arrived earlier than promised which I liked. He really knew what was the matter with the freezer part of my refrigerator and fixed it in half an hour. Great job! Would recommend them.
