Technician was nice and communicative.

Tom the technican was outstanding -could have cancelled the appointment bec we got our times confused and he didnt and he showed and was really nice about it and also was really competent. because of him i have a very favorable impression of hub appliance.

Came out for a dryer not finishing cycle/turning off. Took a while to identify the problem - a process of elimination - and a new motherboard was required which needed to be ordered and a return trip needed. Good communication throughout the process and on time for both appointments.

They were quite proactive and from my description of the problem knew already what part needs to be replaced. So when Mike came in he knew exactly what to do and performed the task very efficiently. I'll definitely use them next time I need the appliance to be serviced.

Very Efficient and knowledgeable

The only reason I may cannotuse Hub again is the service charge is too high and one must pay it together with was parts and labor. The charge of this $75, should not be included if the client chooses your company to do the work. This is the only reason I will not Hub again. I own a 3 family where I live as do my tenants. You guys would be great otherwise.

My Maytag washing machine was acting up. I called Hub (Al) and he was great from the beginning. He gave me pricing upfront ($89 for a service call), and asked pointed questions about what symptoms the Maytag was showing. He came by the next morning, and had clearly dealt with this type of problem before. He knew where the manual was stashed inside a pocket in the washer (who knew?), and then ran through diagnostics and resets and that ended up fixing it. He explained why the problem occurs sometimes, what eventual part replacements might be if it continues doing so (it didnt!), etc. Overall, Al is a good guy, experienced, professional, and gets the job done without any fuss.

HUB Appliance was incredibly professional and totally trustworthy. We scheduled an appointment, and, when it was missed, they were sincere in their apology, rescheduled right away for a time that worked with my schedule, and even gave me a discount. I really value places that own their mistakes and swiftly work to rectify them. When they came by, they were really nice, they diagnosed the problem very fast, and they were honest about what they could and couldn't do. Their suggestion was to replace my washer--they could have totally said that they could send a guy out, but they were very honest and recommended that I do a replacement for not too much more of a cost. I really value that kind of honesty--would return to them in a heartbeat. Great experience all around.

They did show up a little late, but the repair was done quickly and for much less than we thought it would be. Very friendly tech, highly recommend!

Tom and Mike were wonderful. They were very efficient. They were knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Solved this issue within 1/2 hr. Al the manager, was a pleasure on the phone. Very nice and helpful. I have already referred them to friends!

Very trustworthy and honest . They did a great diagnosis of the problem, and made good recommendations about my next steps, not all of which made them the most money. I will hire them again if needed in the future.

the man was very good fixed the oven and fixed my oven door which was loose the service was actually cheaper than expected

They responded promptly to an issue we had with the pilot working only intermittently on our gas stove. They cleaned the stove and it's now working perfectly.

Hub Appliance was excellent. Customer service was considerate and set up an appointment according to my schedule. Their serviceman showed up on time, was friendly and took care of the issue, he left the area clean and the appliance works great. Price was very reasonable. If I need another appliance repair they will be the first place I will call. I highly recommend them.
