This was the single most terrible moving experience in my entire life. I have moved all over the world, for a total of 20 moves, and never have I been so disrespected and scammed. Suffice it to say that after being given an approx $900 estimate, we were more than a bit surprised for the grand total to have almost TRIPLED. As another reviewer pointed out, the move took considerably longer than it should have. This company claims to be "licensed piano movers". What a joke! I want to be VERY clear that the movers who did the actual moving, were VERY pleasant, good people. But "licensed piano movers" they were NOT. Two of the men told me when I brought them lunch, that they were "visiting their brother and friend" from abroad, and "helping out" with extra work. That was not an issue for me, until half way up the stairs with my piano, one of them had a panic attack and LEFT the other holding the entire weight of the piano on his own. That could have ended very badly. But the worst is yet to come... When I wrote/called Mike, who missed our scheduled phone appointment, because he had "food poisoning", asking how the movers could possibly be licensed movers, much less PIANO movers, when they didn't even sound like they were employed by the company. How could they be, when in their own words they were "visiting" from abroad, and just "helping out " their families? That's when Mike called me a racist. He said it was racist that I was "having a problem with the movers not being from this country." I consider it an implied threat, calling me a racist. (I am, by the way, NOT originally from this country.) I can only assume that it was his way of safeguarding against me taking legal action for the absolutely terrible moving experience that cost me three times the estimate? (I don't have a racist bone in my body and was seriously offended and hurt. All I wanted was proof of licensing for moving my piano, not birth certificates!!!!) PIANO MOVERS is what I paid for...otherwise I could have moved the d*** thing myself! I can reiterate again, that the movers were great guys, just inexperienced. (As a side note- one of the movers even asked me "how come you're paying so much more than the regular hourly"? Even for weekend rate. It ended up being even more because they upped the overtime charge at the end as well.) This experience was so emotionally draining for me, that I don't think I'm even going to bother mentioning the damage that was done to our brand new home. The deep nicks in the walls....the scratches on the new hardwoood floor. Thank you Father and Son, for making the move into our very first home the worst day possible, and gouging us for money. Whoever started this company, with it's "Mom & Pop" ring to it, must be very dissappointed.

>This company was supposed to move our household goods 4 miles . They turned up 2 hours late and as they were charging us by the hour they took 11 hours to load and unload their truck instead of the 5 hours they had quoted. the truck was too small for our contents so halfof our belongings were left behind. The crew got lost on 4 mile journey from old house to new house. So I would highly recommend that you stay away from these incompetent people.
