Description of Work: Mike and his crewfrom East Coast were fabulous! They analyzed the job,replaced the Pipe underground and cleaned like it was never a problem. Mike was very attentive communicating with me as well as his staff. Very professional.

Description of Work: Diagnosed and cleared a clogged sewage pipe. Marked the spot in the front yard indicating location of a crack in the pipe that will need to be addressed in the future. Provided information to help me understand the situation.

Description of Work: We recently purchased a house and did not know where the indoor french drain and outdoor drainage tubes led to. We also knew there was at least one that was completely clogged pipe causing our downspouts to back up. Mike and his assistant used a camera to figure out where each pipe went, cleared the pipes that were clogged, and flushed everything with the high-powered hose. Now we have piece of mind that the water will end up away from the house and not in our basement.

Description of Work: We were uncertain the drain pipe under the ground which connected to the downspouts was in working order. He was referred by another contractor. He used a camera to determine that the pipe was fine.

Description of Work: Cleared a blocked main sewer line caused by tree roots.

Description of Work: The main line in my house was blocked up due to tree roots affecting the main sewer line between my Hyde Park house and the street. I called Mike around noon time on a Saturday and he said that once he finished up a job he would come over. Once he arrived, he quickly got to work and used a water jetting system to clear the root blockage. After clearing the actual blockage, he went ahead and applied the water jet to rest of the sewer line, running underneath my driveway, to ensure no future problems. He did this without any prompting from me and it was appreciated. Overall Mike Walsh was very professional and personable. He provided a few useful recommendations and tips on how to properly maintain the sewer line. I would use East Coast Pipelines and Excavating again and would recommend their services highly to other homeowners in the Boston area.
