What a professional! Our hot water heater went out Saturday morning. With a toddler at home and me pregnant, we needed a fix ASAP, and no companies were answering our calls. Within 30 min, Jimmy called back and was at the house just 2 hours later. Unfortunately, the unit was beyond repair. Rather than trying to maximize his profits, Jimmy saw that our unit was under warranty and helped walk us through the process to get a new unit... with another company. And when he walked out the door, he shook our hands and said good luck, no charge. I’d hire this company any day.

Our old water heater was on its way out, so I called Bulldog. They came over that afternoon to give me an estimate on the install of a new water heater. I found the estimate reasonable so we arranged to have them come back and do the job a couple days later. They arrived as scheduled. The work was done cleanly, neatly and in a timely fashion. I couldn't have been happier.

Jim did great work! He had previously installed my washer and the quality of work was top notch and all up to code. We had him come in for this somewhat emergency job and he came over for a free estimate and got the work done in a matter of a few days! Excellent all around. This guy is the honest plumber you want in your Rolodex.
