Description of Work: They installed a new gutter onto our garage which was nearly 20 feet long. They replaced roughly 6 elbows, cleaned the gutters, and made any repairs needed.

Description of Work: This for a Special Deal for gutter cleaning and tune-up. Chris called twice to postpone due to predicted rain. There was never any rain on the first date, so it was called off for no good reason. Each time I had to wait 2+ weeks. I told Chris I had badly clogged downspouts and he confirmed that they would be flushed out. But the two guys did come, I had to insist that they clean the north side gutters, so they did. When I asked about the south side they said they were clean. The next heavy rain, one of the south downspouts was spewing water out of a joint under the gutter, so it's clear that no one checked. Bottom line: very courteous work but still needs resolution.

Description of Work: I purchased a $125 Big Deal for gutter cleaning. They got back to me shortly after I purchased and we scheduled the cleaning. The deal also included $250 towards repairs for future jobs. I knew my gutters needed some work when I bought the deal so this was perfect. I applied the credit towards the repairs and wound up spending an extra $150 for a $400 repair. I may wind up signing up for their recurring service (twice a year for $300).

Description of Work: service was for gutter cleaning. initial date was postponed due to weather but not notified of that until after appointed time had passed. it was rescheduled for the following week. they were on-time, diligent, polite & cleaned up after the job was completed. they suggested one of the gutters & downspout needed replacing (it was a concern before they came by) & they completed the extra service well. the only nagging concern was the check for the extra service was written out to Kristo Ryurvchiev, & not to Boston Gutters. There was no itemized bill or receipt written up at the time either. I am assuming that he & his partner were sub-contractors for Boston Gutters?
