Frank was a pleasure to meet upon receiving our estimate. Price came in under other estimates (before we found out additional work had to be done). Job was started two days later and was completed in two (12 hour) days. There were three layers of roofing to be removed before the new roof could be installed so these guys had their work cut out for them. We were impressed with how quickly the job was completed, however, we thought that the crew should have performed a better clean up in between the two days of work and also at the completion of it. We would recommend requesting tarp be laid out on your lawn and shrubs for the entire duration of the job. We had some damage to some shrubs but decided to overlook it. The walkway to enter our rear door was covered in black residue. One final issue was that some of our aluminum siding was lifted while they worked on the house. It took three weeks before Frank came out to repair it. Otherwise, we were satisfied the the job done.
