This was the second time we have used Attack a Crack. Our first experience was stellar as was this - from start to finish. The owner Luc was not only responsive but also was able to quickly determine what type of crack we had and how to fix it. He sent Justin the same installer from last time. Justin arrived on time, explained what was involved and quickly got to work. HIs work was first quality as before. The crack was behind a wall so Justin needed to cut a hole into the drywall first. He then repaired by injecting a resin into the space and then sealing. Despite the fact that the crack will be hidden once again by drywall, the repair was sealed to create a neat finish. We then received a warranty that guarantee their work for the lifetime of our home. I would not hesitate to use Attack a Crack again and would recommend this company to any of my family and friends. They really do amazing work.

I sent an email to Attack a Crack detailing some cracks I saw in my slab foundation and included some pictures of the issues. About 15 minutes later Luc called me. He took the time to explain to me that the cracks I saw were normal settlement cracks and nothing to be concerned about and would not need repair. Loved Luc and the wonderful service that he provided. He was punctual with his estimate, and very timely with his service. He did a superb job fixing the hole and cracks in my basement which were a long-term source of anxiety when the forecast indicated rain. I have not had a drop of water in my basement since his repair. Not cheap, but it was money well spent. We plan to live in this house no more that 10 years, and these were problems that were going to have to be resolved before we could sell. If you have a foundation issue, I recommend him highly. We were concerned about a couple of cracks we saw in the foundation of our garage, so after reading reviews on Angie's List, I called Luc. He arrived about an hour later on a Saturday and allayed my fears. He gave me a quote but said the repair really wasn't a necessary one and we shouldn't be concerned. I also asked him to look at a couple of spots in our basement; he told me what to look out for but again said not to worry. Although he had to drive a while to get here, he didn't charge me for the visit and even gave me a couple of tubes of sealant we can use to patch up the cracks ourselves. Very nice guy, and if we do have a problem in the future he'll definitely be the one I call.

A week after we close on our new house, the snow starts to melt and we found water in our basement coming out of a very thin crack in the foundation and also around the sewer inlet. I checked Angie's list for someone who can repair this crack ASAP as more snow was melting and heavy rain was expected that weekend. I choose to call Attack-A-Crack after reading some of their great reviews on Angie's list. I talked to Luc who told me not to worry and that he will come the next day to look at it. The next day Luc called and showed in time, he checked the foundation and explained the issue and the fix to be done. We hired them for one specific repair. They inspected the property and found over $1000 of additional work that needed done. They provided an estimate, but never wound up doing any of the work. When we eventually had the property inspected later before renting it out, the inspector presented no findings in the foundation other than cosmetic.

Provided a free estimate and evaluation after our home inspector called out a crack in the basement. Attack-A-Crack's evaluation and clear explanation of how the damage would be repaired gave us the courage to go ahead with our purchase. Throughout the whole process, Attack-A-Crack was quick to respond to our phone calls and questions. After we purchased our house, Attack-A-Crack was able to quickly schedule the repair. The foundation crack was smoothed, injected with epoxy and carbon fiber stapled so it won't ever move again. It looks great! The other two wall cracks were injected with epoxy and covered with a membrane to prevent any water leakage. Despite the fact that drilling/excavating of the cracks was required, there was no mess or dust when the technician finished. Repair took about 3 hours. Since buying our house in 2005, we had water seepage in heavy rain through eight foot vertical cracks on both the front and rear cement foundation walls. (House was built in 2002.) The seepage would increase to an actual flow in severe or lengthy rain storms. I had always been under the impression that such cracks could only be repaired from the outside due to hydrostatic water pressure.
