Hardwood Flooring Service
Not good. In almost all rooms except for 1 the perimeter around each room did not have the high gloss. I told him I was unhappy and he said the whole thing needed to be sanded again. I once again asked for 2 coats of high gloss poly. When I returned the stairs were dull and so weren't the rooms. I know for sure he didn't do the 2 coats of high gloss it looked like it did one of reg. poly. They didn't shine as brightly as the first time. This is my first home and my first home improvement project. I am overall not happy with my floors and I have to look at them every day. Plus, I accidentally overpaid him by $100 and I never heard back from him again. What a mess of sand and dust they left behind on the walls and floors, windows, doors, everything.

They said that they would be done with in three days and they were. They stayed on budget and did a very nice job. I was impressed with the quality of their work and the customer service overall.
