+ -1 moreMy Dad purchased a stove and refrigerator over two months ago and never received the refrigerator or his money back!!!! Was told it was in the mail weeks ago. They refuse to return our calls. Horrible service!!!!!

+ -1 moreI explained to them on the phone the oven was working fine but was getting an error message on self clean cycle and wouldn't run through the cycle. Explained I called GE and was told it was a problem with the electronic door lock verification sensor that needed replacing. The technician showed up and told me it was an error code for the fan. I told them that wasn't true and that I had spoken with GE, I then showed him online it was an error with the door lock. He said the lock must be broken. I showed him that the oven locked just fine and that I had run through trouble-shooting with GE already. He refused to believe me and made him show him that the fan worked fun on a normal convection cycle. He then said ok that he would look into the parts and call me with a quote. Never heard from him again.

+ 0 morecame late on a Saturday to try to fix machine--spent much time , said I would need a new machine. When machine finally died a month or so later again treated my call as an emergency and at end of day installed my new washer, took the old machine and left no traces that they had delivered, installed,removed and except for a feather on the floor left no traces of having been here.
Description of Work: Serviced dying washer- recommended and replaced with new washer.

+ -1 moreAppallingly frustrating. Amazing indifference to my need for freezer repair in August. Never followed through on their spoken commitment to come out to my home. I would never deal with these people again for any reason whatsoever.
Description of Work: Contacted for repair of two freezers. They said they would come out the next day (I am in the next town 7 miles away). I made the mistake of saying I had moved the frozen stuff into my refrigerator freezer. I called late PM on the day they said they would come out: "Oh, you said it was not a priority" . . . ignoring the fact that they said they would come out that day. Snotty challenging attitude: "All freezers are s ". Now day two and I hung around my house all day as per our "arrangement". No show. No communication since. These people are immoral bozos who hold you accountable for their failings. They are the only appliance repair service on the Outer Cape and they treat you like feces. I have spoken to several other people who have had similar experiences with these people. Avoid like the plague. You will be sorry.

+ -1 moreMy just over 1 year old refrigerator stopped being cool in the fridge and began icing in the freezer. The store from which the appliance was purchased would have charged $75 just to diagnose the problem. Mike T. from Joe and Son came out the day we called. He put in a temporary fix until the replacement part could be ordered. He returned when scheduled, replaced the motor and adjusted the doors. He was neat, efficient, professional and pleasant. In the future we will purchase appliances from them, as well as rely on them for servicing.
Description of Work: Replaced evaporator fan motor and adjusted doors in refrigerator.
