 + -1 moreCould not have been better. He and his team arrived on-time, and completed the projects as promised and on budget. He had ideas that improved what we had in mind, and was open to suggestions and questions. His team were productive and knew their individual trades well. All were pleasant to have on site. Project cost was very fair and provided good value. We will use FPA again.
Description of Work: 1) replaced plant room glass wall with regular construction cedar shingled wall, casement windows, and asphalt shingled roof; 2) removed flat roof leaking sky light and replaced with rubber roofing; and 3) installed wood floor over indoor unused swimming pool.
