Description of Work: They shut off the sprinkler system for the Winter and it was fine. They are reliable and competitive in their pricing. The only irk would be a slight lack of flexibility sometimes in setting up times to come out. They somehow always want to schedule right in the middle of the day when we are not home and while it's not a huge deal, as we have a business within 20 minutes drive, it could be awkward for someone in different circumstances.

Description of Work: In real estate I have dealt with other irrigation companies; more recently a new construction last fall where a builder had a local irrigation co.- it was not a good experience. The Irrigation Co. though was exceptional ! I would recommend them to all customer, clients and builders alike and had them at my own residence.

Description of Work: They installed and maintain a sprinkler system for us. Despite some small glitches, mainly issues with the sprinkler heads, overall, we have been very pleased with the service they provide. They come twice a year for routine turning off and on of the system and address any issues when we bring them to their attention. A small gripe; I wish it was easier to find a mutually agreeable time for their visits, but there seems little flexibility. This could be to do with the fact that they are not in the immediate area.
