Excellent job!

Rob went into incredible detail about what he proposed to do & why, and then showed up when he said he would & did a very thorough job. I had really thick moss on parts of my roof, which Rob gently removed before a soft-wash to kill the remaining moss & lichen.

Rob was on time and for me in to his schedule in a timely manner! Very knowledgeable about what was going on at the house. I would use them again and again!

Rob is a good honest guy. Very courteous and professional. I will call him again when the house needs cleaning.

Rob is a good man, did the job (roof cleaning) in a timely manner at a reasonable price. However, I believe the job was rushed, and could have been done better: 1. I live in a heavily wooded area; therefore, my roof collects lots of pollen, pine needles, leaves, twigs, etc., especially under two eaves where rain and wind would never clear this stuff. Rob did spray the entire roof, which was a good thing, but because there was so much other stuff on the roof, it stuck to the roof, especially under the eaves. Eventually this should wash off (Rob assures me), but I told him it would never wash or blow off under the eaves. 2. Apparently the solution Rob used was ineffective against lichens, because after some of the stuff did wash off the roof, the lichens were still there, All the mosses were dead, the mildew was gone, and a lot washed off after a couple of storms, all of which was good. However, I had to go up and clean the eaves and treat the lichens myself, as well as unstick some of the stuff which wouldn't wash off (though it may eventually). I feel that some of this could have been prevented if ten extra minutes were taken and the pollen, needles etc. were blown off the roof with a leaf blower or some such tool, especially under the eaves. I would have considered it a truly professional job if there were a follow-up visit to check up on the work and fix the stuff that I had to do to finish the job right.

Rob is very professional, honest beyond measure & extremely fair in cost. He is a kind person who is willing to help above & beyond. His assistant was hard working & pleasant, as well. .... Rob applied low flow materials to eradicate moss & algae from my house & shed roofs. I could see the results almost immediately as it slowly removes the debris as the days progress. Thank you for a job well done !!

Rob did an outstanding job. I had my house and my stone walls done and they came out excellent. Rob was great to work with. It was November of last year (so sorry I thought I did my review already) and he fit me in before the weather got too cold. Everything about this company was positive and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Our vinyl sided house needed a cleaning and there was moss an lichen growing on the roof. The siding looks bright and clean. The gutters, granite stairs and lattice work were also cleaned. The shed roof was a mess. The moss and lichen is dying and coming off the roof. We are very satisfied.
