+ -1 moreI have used them twice. The service was quick and he did an excellent job on my couch and my chairs. There is nothing bad that I could say about him. He called me and told me when the work would be done. He followed the timeline and is very helpful.

+ -1 moreHe was punctual in picking up and dropping off the chairs, he lent us fabric books to consider, and the chairs really do seem better than new, mars removed, soft, and firmly glued together again. Repair was nearly half the cost, the upholstery alone would have been $400. well worth the price.Overall time to complete the job was very reasonable - he didn't pick up the chairs til the fabric was available.
Description of Work: Mr. Borgatti repaired and reupholstered our kitchen chairs, which were something over 10 years old, loose at the joints, tired cushions and fabric, and some nails sticking up under the cushions.
