Had a few minor problems at the beginning. But they were true to their word and we had a walk through at the end. They said it had done just as expected and it was perfect plus. Marty was a wonder and even fixed a bed which was not part of the deal. Would hire them again in a second.

The overall tiling job was not bad. The three walls tiled in the tub area was to meet up with the old undamaged tile. Where the new tile met the old tile the work was shoddy at best. There is as much as a quarter inch difference between the height of the old tile and the new tile on one side. Considering they used the same stud to hang wallboard this is confusing at best. On the other side a plastic piece was used to join the two tile walls rather than end pieces which would have been tapered. I knew I was in trouble when the tiler could not get the tub spout off and told me to hire a plumber. My brother came over and took the spout off with a pipe wrench in about 5 minutes. He also said he could not put plumbing back on and we would have to do ourselves. Matt from Floor Coverings sent his plumber to put the fixtures back on. Seems like they sub the bathroom work out rather than use their own staff. Not nearly worth the 4000. 00 dollars charged for the job. It was like a homeowner did the work not a professional. In retrospect I should have done the job myself considering it took them over a month to complete the job. The tiler had a death in the family and had to to out of state and Floor Coverings did not provide a substitution to complete the job. The fact that there was 3 full boxes of tile left over was confusing since I probably paid to have that much tile placed.
