They inspected and sent an estimate to remove. Asked about the warranty still in place. Never responded. Did a good job of remediation work. Doesn’t support their warranty."

"Hanh of Mass Pro Solutions responded quickly to my call and arrived the following day to tackle the project. He and his partner removed 3-inches of water from my basement, took out the faulty sump pump and installed a new one, and updated the outlet to GFCI. They put fans and a humidifier in my basement, gave me instructions to rotate them, and left them with me through the next day. The basement was clear of water when they left, and the new sump pump worked perfectly through the next storm. I appreciated how efficiently the work was done, and the information that Hanh gave me along the way so I could understand the process. Hanh even gave me recommendations for next steps. I would highly recommend Mass Pro Solutions and will definitely call them again if needed (hopefully not!)"

This was to my benefit and his detriment, so I really appreciated it. His crew remediated 15 historic windows and they fixed some cracked panes of glass without my even asking. "The 1964 bulkhead I had out back was replaced a year ago, but the wood and insulation underneath (the ceiling of the walkway underground to my basement under the back living room) took in water damage and the area was very musty for years. Tom Morneault of Morneault Environmental was the only guy I could find that would not only treat the wood to remove anything growing on it/get rid of the smell, but his team also removed old wood and insulation and re-insulated for me as part of the deal, which was still hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other companies I talked to, which would only remove the old wood and insulation, they don't put anything back in. Tom's team was here by 8:30 this morning and by 2pm they were done and it looks fantastic and smells crisp and clean. They didn't even stop for breaks or have to make any trips to get supplies, they had them all in the van, including the insulation boards. Very highly recommended if anyone is in the same situation."
