If you are selling your house, you will need to have your septic system inspected. The inspection report is a 17 page packet that describes the current condition of your septic system. Do not leave this to the last minute. The last thing that you need when you are selling is an additional last minute panic when you have a deadline for the passing & the report is not done.

Highly recommend! Arthur was the 5th person we tried to hire. The others either never returned our calls or never showed up for the scheduled appointment and we were getting a bit desperate since we had already signed a Purchase and Sale agreement to sell our home. Sensing that, he made time for us the day after we contacted him and he was the least expensive person we found. He was thorough, responsive, pleasant to work with, and really worked to help us understand the process. He's also willing to travel, which is a plus since we live in a pricey town where all of the local inspectors charge much more.
