Robinson Building Service

He generally does building new from down to top but also does remodeling work. He was referred to me by a restaurant general manager. We have used him and also sent him to my in-laws in and Massachusetts he built a house for them. He built an addition on the property they had and also rebuilt their whole kitchen. Everybody has been really happy with him in our family and friends. I have never had anyone say anything negative about the gentleman at all. The only thing I thought was weird was when I first saw the name Kim Robinson, I thought it was a woman, but it is a gentleman. The insurance covered everything for us because it was damage from a leaky pipe. We would use him for everything we have. We have bought a new home here and if he is here, we will call him. The first time we actually used him, he was a second quote and I was looking at three different quotes; he was not super low but he was reasonable. He was a little bit higher than my lowest quote but he made me feel more confident dealing with him and got his business. He just seemed more knowledgeable about what he was doing. I wish he could recommend a brother or somebody that lives here, we would be super happy to deal with him. We are about to purchase a summer home in Massachusetts and we have already decided and whenever we spoke to him before we left, about three years ago now, about watching our property and doing the maintenance work during most of the year because we will be there only the summer time for a couple of months, he said he was willing to do that at the time we were ready. That is how much we like the gentleman. He is the only one that we will trust to maintain the property. We felt really bad about moving and we were like we would definitely buy a home in Massachusetts and there was not a question that we would use him for our maintenance guy.

Mr. Robinson came into our home to give us an estimate. After speaking with him for appoximately 20 minutes we knew that we had found the right man for the job. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience that shows clearly. Mr. Robinson told us from our first meeting what to expect and how it was all going to happen. He laid out the cost estimate and was amazingly accurate. Mr Robinson spent a lot of time in our home and was always very professional and courteous. We will always use him going forward and will recommend him to anyone needing work done in their home.

Outstanding results. Started on time and worked steadily to completion. Quality work done at all stages. The contractor was polite and friendly. A dramatic improvement occurred on the property as a result of the timely and well priced work. This is one of the best building contractors we found after meeting with about fifteen and speaking with about 20 or so on the phone.
