+ -1 moreBEWARE DO NOT use the techs for service from The Pool Store. They are the absolute worst about communication and basically don’t show up, when they do, they are incompetent and NEVER return calls. I am so disappointed in The Pool Store for using them and for not utilizing better communication or customer service.

Description of Work: I had a difficult time opening my pool this year, i called in and a service tech showed up with in a day . He gave me advice about how to get the pool clean and ready for use and wouldn't take any money when i tried to pay him. His advise was right on and my pool was ready a couple days later. I will be using this company exclusively from now on. I have told anyone who would listen about what a great response i received.

+ -1 moreThey said that the pool was in the worst condition it could possibly be in. I liked the guy's personality. He stopped by more than once to check the progress and to make sure that everything was still working well. However, you did have to place about 2 calls before you would hear from him. Sometimes he would randomly show up. In the end, Gary, the guy who owns it, was very friendly and efficient. I think his prices were very fair. We plan on buying our pool cover from him and using him to close the pool for the season.
Description of Work: Pool Store turned a swampy pool into a swimming pool within 2 weeks. They did a lot of chemical treatment and they opened the pool for us. They also replaced the pump and the filter system.
