New Leaf is beyond fabulous. They are professional, efficient, empathetic, and sensitive to the needs of clients, especially the elderly. They even hire the movers, who were also wonderful. They arrived on time, got to work, were unfailingly polite and easy to work with and made sure everything was done completely and done right. The first time I used New Leaf, my mother was moving from one apartment to another in the same building. New Leaf showed up with the movers, packed everything, removed some things that mom no longer wanted and took care of taking those items for donation or resale. In the new apartment, they hung the pictures on the wall, hung the clothes in the closet, put everything away in the kitchen, and put all the decorative items where my mom wanted them. When I walked in the next morning, it looked as though she had lived there forever. Following my mother's death, New Leaf essentially did the same thing in reverse. After I removed what I wanted and took those things home, I called Ingrid. Again, they showed up right on time with their wonderful movers and Lisa, Ingrid's team member. They packed everything in the apartment to be taken to donation or to a resale store. There were several things, including a couple of pieces of furniture, that needed to be shipped to a family member in Florida. They packed those things and took them to be shipped. The movers were thorough, skilled, and made sure the fragile items and the furniture were wrapped and packed correctly. They took all the stress out of a huge undertaking and were pleasant throughout. I can't recommend New Leaf Transitions highly enough. Ingrid is a miracle worker!
