Our service tech was Joe. I would highly recommend them for your appliance repairs. His professionalism was evident when he placed covers over his shoes to keep things clean. He was done within 30 min. He even checked out our broken dishwasher and was honest with us by telling us it would probably cost the same amount as getting a new one when compared to fixing the old one. I even a military discount! HOORAH!

I was very impressed with the service. Joe, the service technician, came on time and had the problem quickly diagnosed. They ordered the replacement part and he was back within a few days to install. Prices were very reasonable and the service was great! I would definitely recommend them to others!!!

It was very good. They came when they said they were going to come and they fixed what they said they were going to fix. They were new appliances that were under warranty so we didn't pay anything. They did well. They came pretty fast.

Called to schedule service and was offered next day appointment. Tech was on time & called to confirm prior to arrival. Put on booties prior to entering my home for cleanliness. Made a simple cost effective washing machine repair!

Have not had any problems since! They were timely, and courteous.

Contacted immediately through Angies List and scheduling was very easy. Was available when I was. Joe the technician was professional and very personable. After the work was complete I searched the part replaced online and found the price to be between $30-$50. Was charged $229 for 10 minutes of work. I believe I was overcharged and will shop around next time for a more reasonable price.

Extremely professional and helpful from 1st call to the end of service call. I called and set up service call for 2 days later They sent me an email with all info about what to expect ...including a picture of the tech who would be coming Justin called me to tell me he was on his way and to confirm all info He arrived right on time. Very pleasant and easy going. He proceeded to check thermostat ...took apart freezer panels to find the freezer coils mostly defrosted and not working. He said there was a Freon leak and it could take hours to tear apart the back of my fridge to trace it and then fix and recharge with refrigerant ...then test and hope for good results. Where this is a 12 year old fridge he suggested I should buy a new one instead of possibly spending $300-$400 trying to fix this one...with the possibility of more problems cropping up that would be expected as it aged. He took the time to answer my questions about what to look for in refrigerators now ....including leaving some room around the unit so the compressor would not have to continuously run to keep it cool. If it runs less it will save me money and extend it's life I consider this to be excellent advice. I may have paid $88 for the call but expect to save that and more getting a new fridge.

Repairman (Justin) was very agreeable, courteous and punctual. There was a minor problem with gas leakage which could not be found without practically dismantling the whole stove, but he did use a soapy solution to find the leak and repair it. It's so nice to have the stove working again. The problem began when, not knowing my own strength, I turned a knob so hard that it broke off in my hands and flames started shooting for the ceiling. Luckily one of my neighbors came and was able to move the stove out and turn off the gas and electric. I was rather surprised to find only Mr. Appliance and one other firm in my area worked on Thermador stoves because they're a high-end product (?). Justin arrived promptly when called, determined the problem, and said he would be back as soon as the needed part was available. Come to find out the gas was leaking from inside the cook top, which necessitated the dismantling and reassembling of practically the whole stove. When the owner was alerted to the problem, he was wanted to "make good" for the problem and insisted I accept a check from him. Seldom, if ever, does that happen with major corporations. I'd have no hesitation hiring Mr. Appliance again should another large appliance break down (knock wood it doesn't happen). Professional, polite, prompt, and good as their word, that's what I'd say.

While doing laundry, underwires from a bra, worked their way thru a lingerie bag and thru the barrel of the machine. When the technician came out, he was able to feel the tip of one wire and pull thru. The other is still behind the barrel and after running a cycle and not hearing anything, suggested letting it be after assuring me there wouldn't be a fire hazard. The cost of taking apart a front loading machine was estimated to be at least three hours and would require another person, and there was no guarantee of finding the other wire. I appreciated his honesty, but was appalled when he told me that it would be $36 for pulling the wire thru on top of the $80 service call to come out, especially in light of no dismantling of the unit.

I am very satisfied with their work. They try very hard to keep repairs cost effective.
